KVKK Notice and Rights

1. Controller identity

The Baharlar Vadisi project brand is not a substitute for a legal entity’s registered name. The seller’s current registered name and address, and the controller/processor roles of the parties managing communications, are being verified. This page does not claim to fulfil the controller-identification requirement of Article 10 while these details remain outstanding.

2. Collection method and scope

Information is obtained when you complete the electronic form and access the website. The form includes identity/contact information, organisation, relationship type, topic, message, language and communication choices. Optional fields may be left blank. A callback request needs a reachable telephone number. Technical access and security records may also be processed.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Responding to an enquiry, preparing a meeting, protecting the service and evidencing preferences are distinct purposes. A condition under Article 5 must be identified for each purpose. Necessity directly connected to a contract, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, or a necessary legitimate interest that does not harm fundamental rights can apply only where their actual conditions are met; this page does not claim all grounds simultaneously.

The optional marketing checkbox is separate from responding to an enquiry. Acknowledging a notice is not explicit consent. The final mapping of purposes to legal grounds must be completed by the controller.

4. Transfers and retention

Possible recipient categories include authorised project personnel, purpose-limited technical providers and legally competent authorities. Actual recipient roles, required agreements, international transfer mechanisms and a category-specific retention schedule remain under confirmation. A general checkbox does not remedy those omissions. Existing external website services are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.

5. Rights under Article 11

Subject to the Law’s conditions, you may ask the controller to:

• Confirm whether personal data is processed and provide information about that processing.
• Explain its purpose and whether data is used consistently with that purpose, and identify domestic or overseas recipients.
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Delete or destroy data where the legal conditions are met and notify recipients of correction or deletion.
• Consider an objection to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis.
• Compensate damage caused by unlawful processing, where applicable.

6. Request procedure

A KVKK request is made to the controller in writing or through another method accepted by the legislation. Identify yourself and explain your request without providing unnecessary identity documents. The website’s formal request address/channel has not yet been confirmed; do not assume a general enquiry completes the statutory procedure.

A duly submitted request must be resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days. If rejected, answered inadequately or not answered in time, a complaint may be made to the Board under the time limits and conditions of Article 14.
