Baharlar Vadisi
Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you visit the Baharlar Vadisi website or request information.
Updated: 22 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-22.1
1. Scope and parties
This policy covers the public pages, enquiry form and authorised-user area of baharlarvadisi.com.tr. Baharlar Vadisi is a project name. THE BARK provides digital design and development; this does not by itself make THE BARK the property owner, seller or controller for every processing activity.
Corporate identity and data protection roles are addressed separately in Legal Information and the KVKK Notice. This policy does not govern third-party websites.
2. Information involved
The enquiry form requests your name, email, relationship to the project and enquiry topic. Organisation, message, telephone and callback preference are optional; a telephone number is needed if you request a callback. Language, submission identifier, time and the version of the privacy/marketing preference text are also processed.
Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser/device information and error logs to serve the website. When configured, submission protection uses a salted IP hash for rate limiting. A hash is not treated as fully anonymous information.
- Do not enter health information, criminal records, identity documents, bank details or unnecessary information about other people.
- Saving an enquiry and notifying the team by email are separate steps. A success message does not confirm a sale or appointment.
3. Purposes and choices
Enquiry information is used to consider and respond to your request and, where relevant, assess a meeting or document-access request. Technical security information helps prevent abuse and protect the service.
Email project updates are a separate, optional preference. Acknowledging that you have read the privacy notice is not marketing consent. Requesting a callback is not blanket permission for ongoing telephone marketing. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal.
The applicable legal basis and each party’s role must be confirmed for each purpose. Using the site does not constitute blanket consent to all processing or international transfers.
4. Recipients and external services
Authorised project personnel and technical providers may access information needed for their assigned tasks. Lawful requests from competent authorities are considered separately. Vercel hosts the website. The location page loads OpenFreeMap resources; opening the map connects your device directly to that service, which can receive your IP address.
Database, email notification and operator-login functions depend on their service connections. The presence of a feature does not establish that every service is operational. This version does not announce the processing of telephone conversations through OpenAI or Telnyx; a separate notice is needed before such a service is introduced.
International providers may involve cross-border transfers. European hosting alone does not establish that every processing step remains in Europe or that transfer requirements are met. The applicable transfer mechanism and recipient details are still awaiting corporate confirmation.
5. Retention and security
Information should be retained no longer than necessary. An enquiry’s status, legal retention duties, disputes and evidence of communication preferences are relevant when setting retention periods. A category-specific retention schedule has not yet been published; automated deletion is not represented as operational.
Access to authorised areas is restricted. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet communications. Do not send confidential investment documents through the public message field.
6. Rights and requests
See the KVKK Notice and Rights page for information about access, correction, deletion and objection requests. The formal controller request channel has not yet been confirmed; the general contact form is not presented as a substitute for the statutory process.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to the particular processing, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a competent supervisory authority, subject to the applicable conditions.
7. Changes
This policy will be updated when collection methods, providers or purposes change. Its date and version appear on this page. Updating a policy does not itself obtain consent for a new marketing activity.
